My name is Vladimir Noble and I am at the age when wisdom is overpowering risk taking 🙂 I have been a fitness fanatic for over half of my life and not planning to slow down anytime soon. Why did I decide to write a one millionth Fitness Blog? What is it that an amateur gym rat can convey to the world that has not been written in the countless publications in this cottege-industry to date, from glossy magazines to the web sites to blogs, etc. etc.? All good questions 🙂 …
why???
Last few years I have been hit with countless questions in and out of gym how I manage to sustain heavy exercising regiman and maintain a great physique at this tender age. Can’t tell you how many times a guy (why not girls, dammit :-?) in gym or locker room would approach me with questions on training technique, supps, nutrition, etc. and usually compliment me on looking great at my age (which I hate :-)! I honestly try to share as much as I can, but always come away with a feeling that a few isolated tips or advice will not truly help this person. Committing one’s life to the fitness (pardon religious overtones) requires fundamental changes in the lifestyle – mentality, priorities, nutrition, relationships with other people and outside world, and on, and on. This Blog is all about sharing everything I learned over 25 years of regular fitness training and helping you, the Reader, make your own steps toward the BETTER HEALTHIER BODY.

I am a voracious reader of all sources of fitness information – from National Institutes of Health studies on nutrition and physcial exercise to the hard-code bodybuilding boards. Most of them, let’s be honest, repeat the same old tired stuff that millions try to follow for little or no result. If these old ideas worked, the gyms would be filled with great looking bodies and we all know this is NOT the case. There are no good sources of fitness strategy out there that a regular guy or a girl could put to practical use and see tengible results in their physical and mental state. Through the years I have tried almost every training technique and legal supplement known to men. I would say that only in the last 5-6 years did I finally discover something that truly works and that happens to be much different from the garden variety recommendations you find elsewhere. I would like to have it all summarized and explained to you on the pages of this Blog.

I am an IT guy by day and had lead many IT System implementation projects through the years. Getting a perfect body is also a project and very challenging project at that! Project of Body Remodeling. It’s a multi year project (program, really!) that has to be approached just like any business one – with a clear definition of the final goal and step-by-step process of getting there. It must have milestones that give you control of your progress. And finally, it needs a good strategy for achieving the final goal. If I still did not lose you by now, let me assure you that unlike EVERY other fitness publication out there we will NOT be stuffing our blog with ads or sale pitches. If I recommend a particular supp or piece of fitness equipment, this is not because I am making ANY money off it but because I tried it personally for years and know it works. This is my pledge and I promise to stick to it! Hope this clears out once and for all any other motivation than helping you, The Reader, succeed on your own path to great fitness.
